Our spacious 2 bedroom townhouse is located within the traditional Spanish seaside town of Lo Pagan, San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor, and close to the famous salt lakes and regional nature park of San Pedro del Pinatar, with a large variety of migrating birds including flamingos. It is ideally located for walking and cycling and is a great location for visiting the Mar Menor and surrounding area.

The house shares a large communal swimming pool, and is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away from the beaches of the Mediterranean or the Mar Menor, with a choice of numerous lovely beaches close by, accessible on foot or by bike. The house is within walking distance of the Mar Menor beach of Lo Pagan, the beaches of the Mediterranean, and the town centre of San Pedro del Pinatar which offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Within walking distance if you do not wish to drive, is a bus station with regular services to Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Torrevieja, and Madrid, etc..

Our Residencial San Pedro del Pinatar townhouse is comfortably furnished and offers a good sized garden area to the front, which is accessed via a gate, and the raised terrace is provided with table and chairs.

Inside the townhouse you will find a TV, comfy seating, dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine, and ground floor w.c. At first floor level, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin), spacious bathroom (with shower). Stairs lead up to the private rooftop solarium with barbecue.

There is a communal swimming pool located to the rear of the property.

Next to the long promenade facing the Mar Menor you will find lovely beaches, and restaurants, bars and shops. There are supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, and local bars and restaurants just across the road. The beach is around a 20 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive if you prefer.

This watery setting, combined with the facilities at its marina, mean you can do a great many sports, such as sailing, scuba diving or windsurfing.

The surrounding area contains the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park, a space where a great many species of migratory birds come to nest. You can also benefit from the therapeutic properties of its mud, especially suitable for treating bone and skin ailments.

Lo Pagan lies at the north end of the Mar Menor, bordering the town of San Pedro Del Pinatar. A 20 minute walk takes you into the small town which offers all the usual facilities, supermarkets, banks, local hospital, bars, pubs, and restaurants.

The local beaches and bicycle hire shop are only 20 minutes away. The local area is very flat and is ideal for walking and cycling.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is 15 minutes away by car. Alicante Airport is 50 minutes.
