La Cinuelica, Los Altos, Orihuela Costa is an ideal location for the longer term guest as most facilities are within easy walking distance: three supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, and the fabulous beach at Punta Prima is just a 20 minute walk (or a 10 minute bus ride during July and August).
This south facing property is located on the second floor with a spiral staircase leading up to the property.
There is a gate which opens onto the south facing balcony, with patio table and 4 chairs. The living area provides three seater sofa, TV with satellite connection, coffee table, wall unit, lamp, mirror, coin-operated air conditioning, dining table and 4 chairs.
Through the archway you have the fully tiled and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is situated facing the front of the property and has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, and toilet. The private roof solarium, accessed via the spiral staircase, is the perfect place for private sunbathing. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of La Cinuelica, including the commercial centre at Via Park 3, offering bars, restaurants, British supermarket, internet café, etc, so a car is not essential, although we do always recommend having your own transport to get the very best out of the area. The beach at Punta Prima is closest at around a 20 minute walk. This is a sandy beach and during the summer months you will find a beach bar selling drinks and snacks. Further beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive of the property: La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. Torrevieja is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, and a harbour where you can take boat rides. The large and popular shopping centre of Habaneras is well worth a visit and offers plenty of car parking. There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja, and a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches. You will also find a taxi rank at Consum.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, and Murcia-San Javier approximately 30 minutes. Both are served by the major budget airlines.
