Our ground floor bungalow is located in the very popular gated resort of Zeniamar 10, Playa Flamenca, with its palm lined walkways and well-maintained grounds including garden area, large communal pool with separate section especially for children and a Jacuzzi for the adults. There is also a communal play area for children and tennis court.
 
The bungalow is very well presented and furnished and is equipped with everything needed for a great Spanish holiday on the Orihuela Costa.

The air-conditioned open-plan living area has a 3 seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, occasional table, wall unit, and wooden dining table and 4 chairs. There is a flat screen TV with Spanish digital TV (giving access to sports channels in English) and a DVD player. There are large patio doors leading out to the large terrace and garden area, and is a great place to enjoy a meal at any time of the day. Outdoor furniture is provided.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and microwave oven along with all the sundry items required for a self-catering holiday. The washing machine is located in the galleria off the kitchen along with the large hot water heater.

The master bedroom is equipped with double bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, and window overlooking front terrace. The en suite bathroom has ‘his and her’s’ basins, vanity unit with storage, large mirror with lights, bath with shower over, bidet and toilet.

The second bedroom has two single beds, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, bedside table with bedside lamp, and window to front terrace.

Zeniamar 10 has a large swimming pool with separate area for children, Jacuzzi, and well-kept lawn area, ideal for sunbathing. 

Urb Zeniamar 10 is a secure gated complex and parking is on the road to the front of the complex, so this makes it particularly good choice for families with young children.   

This fully equipped west facing bungalow, with accommodation all on one level, is suitable for families, couples and the elderly.
 
Zeniamar 10, Playa Flamenca is a great location for those not wishing to rely on a rental car, as all facilities are within easy walking distance.
 
Carrefour is within 10 minutes walk and there are several commercial centres with many bars and restaurants (of all cuisines and prices) offering nightly entertainment, and all within 15-25 minutes walk of the bungalow (Playa Flamenca CC, Zeniamar CC, etc).
 
The beach is also within 15-20 minutes walk.
 
However, we always recommend car hire to get the very best out of this area of the Costa Blanca.

For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 10 minutes by car, and within a further 15-20 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive.

Bungalow Location

Our Zeniamar holiday rental property is a 25 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante, both of which are served by the major budget airlines.

Holiday guests wishing to use the air conditioning should request this on booking as there is an additional charge of 20€ per week.

Airport transfers or competitive car hire can be arranged.

Booking deposit 25%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

Please bring own beach towels.

A welcome pack containing 15 items can be arranged for your arrival at a cost of 28€.
